With new technology comes new ways of doing things.  We have adapted to the time by adding in the ability to hold fully online, fully in person and a combination of both in order to maximize the profit and customer base during our auctions.  


We can handle the process from start to finish. 

A lot goes into selling Farm/Hunting property:

*Knowing the value of the equipment and what it is worth to different buyers (farmers, implement dealers, end users)
*Properly marketing the equipment to different buyer types (farmers, implement dealers, end users)
*Advertising in order to Maximize value
*Checking, holding and distributing all titles and bills of sale
*Collecting payment 
*Working with multiple sellers when necessary (heirs)
*Working with and referring to bankers and attorneys
*Escrow account for safety of funds to the seller after the auction
